Vendors who arrive at 10:31am will not gain access for setup. There will be no refunds for those who arrive late. Vendors are responsible for taking their own trash off-site for disposal. Hella Plants Market will assume no responsibility for damages to the venue and/or art on the walls- any damage will be the responsibility of the person(s) who caused the damage. All Vendors are responsible for having a Sellers Permit, Business license, and insurance. The Hella Plants Market is not responsible for any injuries that may occur on or off the premises. Vendors are required to stay for the entire duration of the event. Load-out time is at 5 pm. Do not pack up and leave early , if you do we will assume you will no longer participate at any feature events. Liability Clause * The Hella Plants Market will not be responsible or liable for any damages, injury, or loss to any person or goods from any cause. The hella Plants Market cannot be held responsible for any claims for damages, injury, or loss arising out of our connection with the use of the space or grounds of the event. Covid 19 Clause Covid 19 Agreement Customer assumes the risk I am aware of the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and the risk that I may be exposed to or contract COVID-19 by being on the Premises and engaging in the Activity. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily entering the Premises to engage in the Activity with knowledge of the danger involved. I hereby agree to accept and assume all risks of personal injury, illness, disability, or death related to COVID-19, arising from my being on the Premises or engaging in the Activity, whether caused by the negligence of the Business or otherwise. Customer consent In exchange for being permitted to enter the premises of The Hella Plants Market, located at Oakstop to sell merchandise, I agree to the following as described in this contract. Customer releases Seller from liability I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the Business and its owners, employees, affiliates, and officers, on account of injury, illness, disability, or death arising out of or attributable to my being on the Premises or engaging in the Activity and being exposed to or contracting COVID-19 or any factor, whether arising out of the negligence of the Business, its owners, employees, affiliates, officers, or otherwise.
