Market Hours: The market will be open from 11am to 4 PM.

Payment Policy: Upon acceptance, vendors must complete their payment Within 24 Hours. If payment is not received, YOUr spot will be offered to the next applicant.

Load-In: Vendors can begin loading in at 9 AM.

Load-Out:Load-out will begin at 4 PM .

Tables and Chairs: All vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and any additional setup materials they may need.

Donation Requirement: Each vendor is required to donate three items .

Promotion Requirement: All vendors are required to promote the Long Beach Plant Fest from the time of acceptance. Please do not apply if you are unable to contribute to the success of the event.
