The Accra Hella Plants Market is back this November! We’re coming together for the love of plants, community, and good vibes — and we’re excited to welcome small businesses to join us for this 3-day experience.

Market Hours

  • Friday, November 7th: 5 PM – 9 PM (Optional Freebie Day for Saturday or Weekend Vendors)

  • Saturday, November 8th: 11 AM – 5 PM

  • Sunday, November 9th: 11 AM – 5 PM

Load-In & Set-Up Details

  • Friday Vendors: If you’re vending on Saturday or both days, you’ll receive Friday, November 7th as a freebie vending day from 5 PM – 9 PM.

  • Vendors participating on Friday must be fully set up by 3 PM to join the night market.
    ⛔️ Per Treehouse/Nyaniba rules, no small businesses will be allowed to set up after 3 PM.

  • If you prefer not to vend on Friday, you may load in as early as 8 AM on Saturday, November 8th.

  • Saturday Load-In: 8 AM start

  • Sunday Load-In: 9 AM start

  • Load-Out: Begins at 5 PM each day. Vendors vending on Sunday may drop off items between 5–6 PM on Saturday for an easier setup on Sunday.

Vendor Fees & Inclusions

  • Vendor fees are fixed and include a table, chairs, and a canopy — no additional setup costs required.

  • Due to space and production costs, we are unable to lower vendor fees.

Payment Policy

Upon acceptance, vendors will receive payment instructions to complete their vendor fee through Mobile Money (MoMo).
All payments must be made by the deadline provided in your confirmation message. If payment is not received by that date, your space will be offered to the next applicant.

Vendor Responsibilities

  • Promotion: All accepted vendors are expected to promote the market as soon as they are confirmed participants.

  • Donations: Each vendor is required to donate three (3) items to be used for event promotions or giveaways.
